Become a Certified
P.I.V.O.T.™ Trainer
Expand the reach of structured crisis response. The P.I.V.O.T. instructor certification program trains qualified professionals to deliver the framework in their own communities, under the Watchman standard.
Certified trainers gain access to the full P.I.V.O.T. curriculum, branded materials, and ongoing support from Watchman Risk Management. Two certification tiers allow instructors to grow from delivering workshops to training other trainers.

Tier-1: Certified Instructor
40-hour instructor training course. Covers facilitation skills, stress inoculation delivery, and scenario management. Written and practical evaluation.
Supervised Delivery
Deliver 3 supervised workshops under a Senior Trainer. Receive feedback and complete a performance review before independent delivery.
Tier-2: Senior Trainer
After 10+ independent deliveries and 1 year active, eligible for Tier-2. Senior Trainers can supervise new instructors and customize curriculum for specialized sectors.
